Pimento Cheese Spread

2 Cups Shredded Cheddar

1 Cup Cream Cheese

3 Tbsp Pimentos, Chopped

1 Tbsp Green Bell Peppers, Chopped

1/2 Tbsp Onion, Chopped

1 tsp Lemon Juice

Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Salt to Taste

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and shape the cheese mixture to a Pumpkin, Pine Cone, or Apple and garnish with fall accents.
