Ranch Roasted Corn
- 1 pack of organic ranch dip mix
- Softened Butter (tbsp per ear of corn)
- Sweet corn (I used the Candy Corn variety)
- Parchment paper
Preheat oven to 400. Tear parchment paper in sheets to fit wrapped around 1 ear of corn. Rub each ear with a tablespoon of butter and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of ranch mix. Wrap tightly in parchment and place on a sheet pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until tender. Enjoy!
